Beginner group for children 5–6 years old. With play and fun, we train to become safe in the children's area by being able to ski and go with the button lift on our own. When we become independent we continue our adventure in the system's green slopes.

The goal is to be able to put your skis on and off yourself, stay in a plow, be able to turn in both directions, ride a button lift and follow your ski instructor on green slopes.

Weekday: Monday - Friday.

Prerequisites: No previous expirence is needed. You only need to be able to be away from your travel company for the whole lesson.

Continuation group for children 5–6 years old who can already ski independently and want to go on adventures in the ski system with their ski instructor. You can already stop your skis in a plow, turn in both directions, ride a button lift, put on your skis and stand up by yourself when you fall. "I can do it myself" is the group's saying. Through play and fun, we begin to practice riding with parallel skis and controlling your speed by turning. We ride green and blue slopes as well as light off-piste during the week.

The goal is to be able to ski with parallel skis on blue slopes and with control on lighter uneven terrain. You should also be able to steer the skis to a stop and ride backwards in a plow by the end of the week.

Weekday: Monday - Friday.

Prerequisites: You can ride the button lift on your own, stop the skis, turn to both directions aswell as put your skis on by yourself.
Gathering place: Above the middle stadion on Väst 6:an.

Our most advanced group for children 5-6 years old who are impove their skiing technique. You can already turn with parallel skis on blue slopes, ride with control on slightly uneven terrain and can control the speed by turning. It is also important that you are independent – you can ride a button lift, put on your skis and stand up by yourself when you fall. With play and fun, we practicing becoming more stable in skiing with parallel skis on steeper slopes and to stop with parallel skis. We go on adventures on red slopes and steeper uneven terrain during the week.

The goal is to ride with parallel skis on red slopes and with control on steeper uneven terrain! We will also train on edge-regulating movements and you should be able to ride carving turns in easier terrain by the end of the week.

För dig som vill finslipa detaljerna! Vi provar de flesta backarna i systemet och koncentrerar oss på att få god fartkontroll och teknik i de brantare. Vi övar på att åka med parallella skidor och provar juniorparken.

Förkunskap: Du kan redan svänga med parallella skidor i de blå backarna, åka med kontroll i lätt ojämn terräng och kan kontrollera farten genom att svänga. Det är även viktigt att du är självständig - åka knapplift, sätta på sig sina skidor och ställa dig upp när du ramlat.
