Here is some useful tips and information to prepare your stay at Idre Fjäll. 

Prepare your trip

Buy your lift pass online and pick it up in our pick up-boxes
When you buy your lift pass online you don't have to wait in line. You will recieve a QR code you can use to pick up your lift pass directly in our pick-up boxes on Torget right outside the main building, by Ski Center Väst, Ski Center Syd, Nord 6:an, Väst 6:an or Sydgondolen. Buy Skipass >>

Book your rental equipment online
Book your rental equipment online and choose if you want to pick it up or have it delivered to your cabin (additional fee). Book rental equipment >>

Good to bring

  • Buy your medicines at home. Idre does not have a pharmacy, therefore we want to remind you to bring any pharmaceuticals with you from home.
  • Make sure you have packed clothes for various weather - the weather changes fast in the mountains. Layer clothing, hardshell jacket and warm clothes for the season are good to have. 
  • Soap, spices, candles and toilet paper are good things to bring (but also available in our ICA shop).
  • You can rent bedding and towels here if you don't have room in your luggage (book as an add on when you book your accommodation or call customer support +46 (0)253-410 00).

There are several train companies that can take you from all around Sweden to Mora. From Mora there is a bus connection all the way to Idre Fjäll. 

You find all the alternatives via SJ.se. Winter timetables are available from November.

Direct bus

There are some options for chartered bus trips to Idre Fjäll during winter. Among them we recommend Fjällexpressen.

Fjällexpressen departs from Malmö, Gothenburg, Stockholm and Uppsala with several pick-up stops along the way. Check time tables and book at fjallexpressen.se
