Jump aboard the mountain marathon bus and make the Craft Idre Fjällmaraton a social and relaxing experience. Upon arriving at Idre Fjäll, you can immediately check into your cabin and unpack your bag. There's no need to bring bed linen and towels, and you also won't have to clean before your return trip. Do you need to cook your own meals? No, not that either! With full board, enjoy prepared meals from breakfast to dinner throughout your stay.

The journey to and from Idre

The Idre Fjällmaraton bus departs from Gothenburg, Linköping, and Stockholm at 10.00 in the morning of Thursday, August 22, 2024. You'll arrive at Idre Fjäll by late afternoon. On Thursday evening and Friday, you'll have time to venture out to enjoy the nature and prepare for the race, participate in various activities, and check out the exhibitors' offers. On Saturday, you know what you'll be doing: tackling the mountain and your chosen distance in the Craft Idre Fjällmaraton. On Sunday morning at 10.00 am, the bus heads back home. You can lean back, relax, and post-race chat with the other runners.

The Idre Fjällmaraton bus departs from Gothenburg, Linköping and Stockholm with pick-up/drop-off points at the following stops:

Gothenburg - Trollhättan - Åmål - Idre Fjäll
Linköping - Norrköping - Västerås - Idre Fjäll
Stockholm - Uppsala - Gävle - Falun - Idre Fjäll

Accommodation

We will be staying in shared cabins centrally located at Idre Fjäll. There are multiple rooms per cabin with several beds in each room. You have the option to book a private room or a shared room. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included!

Food

Full board at the restaurant Värdshuset from Thursday dinner to Sunday breakfast (excluding Saturday lunch). On Saturday an extra well-deserved 2-course dinner with dessert is served!
