In the area around Idre, Särna and Grövelsjön there are many good running trails. Get around on your own or book a guide and discover the nature together with others.
Trail Running
Treat yourself to an active start in the morning and try trail running at a leisurely pace in easy mountain terrain. Our guide will provide you with tips and tricks for taking your running onto the trails safely and effectively. We will take breaks during the run. Make sure to wear weather-appropriate clothing, good running shoes, and bring water if possible. We'll meet at Askes Summer Meadow and run at Idre Fjäll.
