WELCOME TO IDRE FJÄLL
Here you’ll find information about check-in and check-out at Idre Fjäll, along with practical tips to help you prepare for and enjoy your stay.
Two days before arrival, you’ll receive an email with useful information and travel preparations. If you’re staying in a cabin or an apartment, we’ll also send you a text message on the morning of your arrival with check-in instructions, whether your accommodation has digital check-in and door code or you need to collect a physical key.
Staying at a hotel or the campsite? If you’re staying at Pernilla Wiberg Hotel, you check in directly at the hotel reception. If you’re staying at the campsite, you set up your caravan or tent on your booked site.
On the day of arrival, you will receive an text message with check-in instructions, whether your accommodation has digital check-in with a door code or you need to collect a key envelope.
Digital check-in (door code)
If your accommodation has digital check-in, follow the instructions in the text message to access your door code. Check-in is possible once the accommodation is ready, earliest from around 13.00 and usually no later than 16.00.
Key collection (key envelope)
If your accommodation has a physical key, you collect your key envelope from the key box at the bus stop, to the right after the bridge, from 16.00.
If you have digital check-in, you will receive a text message on the day of departure. Follow the instructions in the message to check out. The door code will stop working immediately after check-out. If you have a physical key, please return it to the key box to the right before the bridge when leaving the resort.

For accommodation-related matters, please contact Stugservice, cabin service, on +46 (0)253–413 14 during regular opening hours. If something is not as it should be in your accommodation, please notify Stugservice no later than 12.00 the day after arrival.
If anything urgent happens after 2.:00, you can reach the Stugservice on-call service on +46 (0)73–532 19 63.
If you’re staying in a cabin or apartment, you can choose to clean yourself or book departure cleaning. If you would like to book departure cleaning, you can do so when making your booking or by contacting bokning@idrefjall.se. Departure cleaning must be booked no later than 7 days before departure.
If you choose to clean yourself, the accommodation must be left thoroughly cleaned in accordance with our cleaning instructions.
