The reception is open until 17.00. If you arrive later, your key envelope will be available in the key box by the bus stop.
If your accommodation has a code lock, you’ll receive a text message when it’s ready – no earlier than 13.00. Follow the instructions in the message to check in and receive your code.
In Gammelbyn, the code is used to open a key box by the door.

If you have a physical key, drop it in one of the key boxes located just before the bridge, on the right side when driving away from Torget.
If your accommodation has a code lock, you’ll receive a text message on your departure day. Follow the instructions to check out. The code will stop working immediately after check-out.
In Gammelbyn, place the key back in the key box by the door before leaving.
