Training for teams

Race Arena is our training area for pre-booked ski clubs, elite and national teams at Idre Fjäll in Northern Dalarna, Sweden. Idre Fjäll Race Arena season on snow for alpine, moguls, cross-country and biathlon skiing starts on October 21, 2022. We also offer ski cross, preliminary start in November.

Pre-season with snow guarantee

Join us at Idre Fjäll for pre-season training. We offer:

Early start. Our pre-season on saved snow starts in October - every year.

Skiing, gym, various mountain activities, restaurants, conference rooms, grocery store, and comfortable accommodation are all right around the corner.

Customer satisfaction. Many of our visiting teams are joining us year after year.

Cooperation is everything. We have long experience of pre-season training and work closely with visiting teams to make Race Arena even better each year.

Accommodation & training slots

1. Book your accommodation through our online booking. Choose between hotel, cabin or apartment.

2. Contact us with your booking confirmation number: grupp@idrefjall.se / 0046 - (0)253 - 412 00 at least 4 days before arrival to book your training slot time at no extra cost.

3. You'll also receive a link with a discount code for online purchase of ski pass / ski track pass (discount available December 7 - 20, other dates regular price).

For bigger groups

You can now book your accommodation and skipass through grupp@idrefjall.se and recieve an invoice for a fee.

Book a training slot time without accommodation on Idre Fjäll: subject to availability only and minimum 2 weeks ahead of arrival. Price: SEK 100 / person and day.

Optional add-ons to your accommodation: Pre-book departure cleaning and linen set.

Linen + towels: SEK 210 / person.

Departure cleaning: Price example: cabin with 6 beds = SEK 1540.

Ski pass / track pass

To get access to Race Arena you need to book a ski or track pass. These are your options:

Full season card with team discount. Email us to book: group@idrefjall.se or call 0046 (0)253-412 00.
Ski pass / track pass October 21 - November 6: Regular price. Book online.
Ski pass / track pass November 7 - December 12: Discount for teams (1-15 day cards). Book online with a discount link which you will receive by contacting us with your accommodation reservation number at least 4 days before arrival. Read more on the page for Alpine>> or XC & Biathlon.

Terms & conditions groups Race Arena

Booking with cancellation insurance for bookings with arrival from October 8 - December 16, 2022:

Cancel without medical certificate up to 21 days prior to arrival date. Idre Fjäll will retain the fee of the cancellation insurance and an administration fee of 550 SEK per cabin/apartment/hotel room.

Ski pass/track pass can be cancelled and fully refunded up until check-in date, provided it has not been used.

Activities, equipment, ski school can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations can be made up until arrival date. A medical certificate confirming cause of cancellation is required with less than 21 days to arrival. (Idre Fjäll is liable for payment towards cabin
owners in case of later cancellation).

Interest fees to Klarna is not refundable upon cancellation.

Pre-ordered meals can be adjusted +/- 10% in number up to 4 days prior to arrival. Later adjustments will not be refunded.
