- Cycling is undertaken at your own risk.
- Use a helmet - it is mandatory.
- Ensure that your bike is well-maintained for a safer and more enjoyable riding experience.
- Hire a guide or instructor to reduce the risk of accidents.
- Lock your bike to prevent theft, even when you're out in the terrain.
- Be careful not to drop your bike or other equipment when riding on chairlifts.
- Improve your fitness and strength before the season to reduce the risk of fatigue-related accidents.
- Show consideration for children who may make sudden and unexpected movements.
- The bike patrol works for your safety and enjoyment.
- If you lose track of each other, contact the staff for assistance.
Feel free to read "den lilla gröna" before heading out on the bike trails to ensure everyone has a safe biking experience at Idre Fjäll. Currently, it is only available in Swedish. SLAOS's "lilla gröna" ➚
