Idre Fjäll opens new restaurant by Melker Andersson

We add yet another reason to visit Idre Fjäll, as recognised top chef Melker Andersson puts his signature on Kött och Fiskbaren at Idre Fjäll.

One of Melker's signature marks is sustainable and Swedish ingredients. This is also a pillar stone for Kött och Fiskbaren, that will offer a wide variety of local meat and fish.

– Idre Fjäll holds a special place in my heart. This is where I spent my winters as a kid and it feels fantastic to close the circle with the establishment of Kött och Fiskbaren, says acclaimed chef Melker Andersson.

Idre Fjäll is a foundation and since the start in 1968 it has grown to be one of Sweden's most appreciated year round mountain resorts. Idre Fjäll has a number of awards to it's name, Ski resort of the year in 2017 to name one.
