Experience trail running at a relaxed pace in easy mountain terrain, where our guide will teach you tips and tricks to safely and efficiently take your running off-road. We will take breaks during the run. Please dress appropriately for the weather, wear good running shoes, and bring water in a running backpack or similar. We will gather at Aske's summer meadow but run on Nipfjället. Please note that transportation will be in private cars.

Difficulty level: Easy (beginner level for trail running)

Treat yourself to an active start in the morning with a trail run along the winding paths of the mountain. During the run, we will make a stop at Gränjestjärn, where a well-deserved breakfast will be served in a fantastic mountain setting.

Our guide will provide you with tips and tricks for taking your running onto the trails safely and effectively. We will take breaks during the run. Make sure to wear weather-appropriate clothing, good running shoes, and bring water if possible. We'll meet at Askes Summer Meadow and run at Idre Fjäll.
